Hitachi Group was looking to transition their businesses to a modern Zero Trust security architecture supporting a more flexible, secure, and efficient campus office environment for employees and IT operations.
To enable their anywhere, anytime workforce, remote and in-office Hitachi employees needed more seamless, reliable connectivity via a cloud Zero Trust security platform, separate from Hitachi’s private network. Hitachi Solutions’ network environment needed modernization to support more fluid, collaborative workflows, fixing existing performance, latency, and availability issues, especially during peak usage.

Extensive Coverage: Comprehensive, native Wi-Fi and LAN services spanning nearly 300,000 square feet across 27 floors in two towers. Deployed a satellite branch office network covering about 30,000 square feet on two floors.
360º Employee Experience: Supports 4,050 employees with secure enterprise authentication, guest Wi-Fi, and connectivity for enterprise loT devices such as A/V systems, printers, and access control units via multiple virtual networks.
Advanced IT Infrastructure: Integrated high-availability perimeter security, URL whitelisting, and redundancy through multiple ISPs to ensure robust security and reliability.
Seamless Deployment: Deployed without disrupting day-to-day operations. Replaced the existing network ensuring zero downtime for the workforce and a seamless transition from legacy IT systems to modernized Join NaaS
