Technical Concierge Support – Boston

Join is seeking a local Concierge Support to help over-delight our customers, and redefine how companies view and interact with their IT services provider. In-market concierge support is a natural extension of our customers IT teams. You’ll be tasked with assisting customers and their employees with any network and telephony related issues. Concierge support takes our core mission of over-delighting customers to the next level by proactively engaging end-users in-market, and in-person.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain trusted relationships with our customers and their end-users by helping them achieve their ideal business outcomes
  • Perform on-site and remote network support for our growing customer base in Boston, MA
  • Track IT issues to closure through various SaaS tools such as  Zendesk and Jira
  • Be a liaison between customers and internal teams to identify opportunities for support delivery improvements, CSAT and value-add to all customers
  • Head off potential issues by performing regular system checks, combined with human touch points
  • Help create and update knowledge base articles to better enable customers, and new employees.
  • Help construct and deliver local training sessions
  • Work alongside customer success, marketing and sales teams to implement new customer centric programming
  • Assist in identifying and on-boarding new local support staff

You are qualified for this role if you…

  • Have 3-5+ years of end-user IT support experience in a corporate or hospitality environment
  • Knowledgeable end-user IT operating systems such as MacOS, Windows, Android, and iOS
  • Base understanding of networking and telephony concepts
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Are curious, empathetic, and calm
  • An appetite for learning new technologies and industries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
